- Identify key leadership traits in examples of classroom practice
- Evaluate their own leadership skills
- Develop Next Stage Strategies for manifesting leadership in their own classroom
- Learn why leadership is imperative for every teacher
- Understand how teacher leadership positively impacts school culture and student achievement
- Examine the components of the comprehensive Take-Home Toolkit and understand how to use the resources within it to intentionally manifest leadership in their own classroom practice
- Engage with an online community of learners through the Online Intentional Teacher Leadership Journal
