Take-Home Toolkit in your school.
Workshop participants will:
- Examine the key characteristics of PLCs and their role in yielding exemplary outcomes
- Establish effective collaboration as the basis for PLCs and examine scenarios that model it
- Be empowered to engage in effective collaboration
- Develop Next Stage Strategies that nurture a culture of effective collaboration in their school
- Identify the difference between a group and a high-performing team
- Understand how to use the Take-Home Toolkit to continue a culture of effective collaboration in
their school after the workshop
